Shawn Carrington, also known as Mr. Shawn, is a Kingdom soldier, a Husband, a Father, a Veteran, and an Entrepreneur. My leadership philosophy is to build, grow, and then live the life you were meant to live. The proper foundation is the first step before building. Five areas of growth are; spiritually, mentally, financially, socially, and physically. Sow in each one of these areas before looking for a harvest. This is important! Our main problem across the world has been the absence of MEN and the solution to these problems will be MEN. Noticed I did not say males, but MEN. Manhood must be intentional growth and this does not just come with age. This is clear to me that this is an issue for MEN worldwide. This is a CTA, a call to action for MEN to transform their lives, homes, communities, and the world we live in. We will accomplish this together! Let's Go!
